Once in Internet Properties, select the privacy tab. Then select the Sites button. (some computers may show an "Edit" button at the bottom instead. If so, click on "Edit" and continue as normal with the remainder of the instructions)
Step 3.
Now that you have entered the Per Site Privacy Actions enter the User's URL "usersonlnet.com" in the type box. Then click the Allow button. The URL should be added to the Managed Web sites list. Double check to see if the URL was entered correctly. Press OK.

Select the Advanced button.

ONLY IF the Override automatic cookie handling box is checked make sure you also have the Always allow session cookies box checked.
IF the Override automatic cookie handling box is not checked leave it unchecked, and just press the Cancel button

need to check the Apply my decision to all cookies from this Web sitebox. Then press the Allow Cookie button
