As compared to traditional paper statements and notices that are mailed to you, GreenSpeed is exceedingly fast, much safer, environmentally green (no paper!), and it’s FREE! As designated activities take place on your account, you are notified instantly via e-mail. With this service, you have access to account information you never had available before. It’s safe because no personal account information is delivered in the notices.
How to Sign-Up
Enter Internet banking, click on “Preferences”, then “E-Statements” and/or “E-Mail Services” – and follow the directions.
GreenSpeed has two different components: E-Statements and E-Mail Services
E-Statements
E-Statements is the electronic version of your monthly and/or quarterly statements you receive via the U.S. Mail. When you sign-up for this service, you receive the same account statements you normally receive in the mail through our secure Internet banking system instead (an e-mail is sent notifying you that your statement is ready to view).

E-Mail Services
E-Mail Services is a service designed to instantly alert you via e-mail of specific activities being conducted on your account. This service will tell you what you ask it to tell you as soon as it happens, such as: when your balance falls below a certain dollar amount, when a loan payment is posted, when certain checks clear your account, and/or when your account information has been changed (did you know it was changed?). You choose the type and amount of e-mail alerts you wish to receive. This service is the safest and most comprehensive way Southeastern can communicate with its members.
