Your regular share savings account at Southeastern FCU represents your share of ownership in the Credit Union. An initial deposit of $25 establishes your account and opens the door to all the services we have to offer. This initial deposit is not a fee - it is your money in your account, and will be returned to you should you discontinue your membership. You are entitled to receive dividends if you maintain an average daily balance of $100. And, the dividends we pay are usually well above what most other financial institutions pay. There are no monthly service charges and you will receive a quarterly statement that itemizes all transactions on your account for the period. There is a $10 membership fee to join the Credit Union. This fee is waived if you open a checking account when opening the savings account for the first time.
